Oscar is a Professor of management at Baruch College - Zicklin School of Business at the City University of New York, and a Professor of finance at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá - Colombia. His intellectual work has been published in international journals and he has more than ten years of experience managing private capital and investing in the New York Stock Exchange.
